S36 – Wear suitable protective clothing.
S45 - In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label whenever possible.)
Get a water filter that removes it and be sure to include vitamin D in your diet. Either get lots of sun, take supplements (pills are the least desirable form), or eat good fish. Don't play with your health or your family's, stop consuming fluoride asap.
